This is an amazing workout that I found on ExerciseTV On Demand that is perfect for the arms (every woman’s problem area! lolz) I don’t know what kind of weights Jessica Smith uses in the video but I used two 5 pound weights and I saw results almost immediately. This exercise tones the arms and doesn’t make them large and bulky like some exercises do. Give it a try and comment below to let me know what you think! I’d love to hear from you! I don’t own this, ExerciseTV does. Oh, and I know I could buy and download these workouts but I have them pretty much memorized by now and just wanted to record them off my tv screen just to have for future reference.
