This is an amazing workout that I found on ExerciseTV On Demand that is perfect for the arms (every woman’s problem area! lolz) I don’t know what kind of weights Jessica Smith uses in the video but I used two 5 pound weights and I saw results almost immediately. This exercise tones the arms and doesn’t make them large and bulky like some exercises do. Give it a try and comment below to let me know what you think! I’d love to hear from you! Oh, and I know I could buy and download these workouts but I have them pretty much memorized by now and just wanted to record them off my tv screen just to have for future reference. On Saturday, November 13, 2010 the first-ever Maricopa County dual-purpose library and nature center was unveiled to the public. The 29000 square-foot building and outdoor amphitheater is seeking LEED Gold certification and twenty-seven percent of the building’s electricity is generated by solar energy. At the celebration, visitors were treated to mini-nature hikes, story time programs, a puppet show, hiking preparedness tips and much more. Young guests participated in several hands-on activities to acquaint themselves with the plants and animals of the Sonoran desert. The library and nature center is located at the entrance to Maricopa County’s White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 20304 W. White Tank Mountain Rd., Waddell, at the western end of Olive Ave. We invite you to stop by and enjoy the majestic views and green friendly features found throughout the facility!
